When you book an appointment or send us a message we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• The treatment, date and time you requested, and any notes you choose to add.
• Anything you tell us in a message, including details you may share about your skin, allergies or medication.

Health-related details are special category data under GDPR. We only ever record what you volunteer, we use it solely to treat you safely, and we do not share it.

• To manage your appointment — confirming, changing or reminding you about it. This is necessary to perform the service you asked for.
• To treat you safely — checking contraindications before a treatment, based on your explicit consent when you tell us.
• To answer your enquiry — replying to a message you sent us.

We do not send marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

The website runs on Vercel, appointment records are stored in a Neon database, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Each of these acts only on our instructions. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which sets its own cookies once the map loads.

Appointment records are kept for as long as you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that treatment history is available if you come back. Website enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. Tell us to delete something and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to us using it. Just get in touch and we will sort it out — there is no charge and no form to fill in.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for salon staff using the internal booking panel. The embedded Google map on our contact page may set cookies of its own when it loads.
