Body work only pays off when it is programmed. A single cavitation session is pleasant and does very little; a course of eight, paired with realistic advice on water and movement, produces a change you can measure with a tape. We are straight with clients about that from the first appointment.
Our anti-cellulite programmes are built by area — belly, bum, legs, or bum and legs together — and combine ultrasonic cavitation to break down localised fat with radiofrequency to tighten the skin over it. Push-up and firming treatments target lift specifically.
HIFU is the most advanced device in the salon. High-intensity focused ultrasound delivers energy to a precise depth beneath the surface to contract and rebuild collagen — a genuine lift with no incision and no downtime. Results build across two to three months after a single session.
We measure and photograph at the start of every programme, with your permission, and again at the end. It is the only honest way to show whether something worked.

Common questions
How many cavitation sessions do I need?
Usually eight to ten per area, twice weekly. We will quote the full course at consultation rather than selling them one at a time.
When will I see HIFU results?
Some tightening is immediate, but the real lift builds over eight to twelve weeks as collagen remodels.
Do I need to change anything at home?
Drink properly and keep moving. Both treatments rely on your lymphatic system clearing what they release.
