Most skincare disappointment comes from treating the wrong problem. Dehydrated skin gets diagnosed as oily and stripped further; pigmentation gets scrubbed at when it needs protecting. A consultation with computer analysis removes the guesswork.
We use the NATI analyser, which measures moisture level, skin structure, sebum production, pore condition, wrinkle depth, hyperpigmentation and vascular activity. You see your own readings on screen with us, and we talk through what each one actually means for the treatments and products you should be using.
You leave with a written plan: which treatments in what order, how many, over what timescale, and what to use at home in between. If the honest answer is that you need less than you thought, that is what we will tell you — and the consultation fee comes off your first treatment.

How long does it take?
Thirty to forty-five minutes, including the time to talk through your results properly.
Do I need to prepare?
Come with clean skin and no makeup if you can, and bring the products you currently use — or photos of them.
Is it worth it if I already know my skin?
Usually, yes. The reading that surprises clients most often is hydration, which behaves nothing like how skin feels to the touch.
