Booking Terms

Submitting the online form sends us a request. We check the diary and confirm it with you by phone or email, usually the same day. Your appointment is only held once you have that confirmation.

Plans change and we understand that. Please give us as much notice as you can — a call the day before lets us offer the slot to somebody else, which matters a great deal to a small salon. Ring us on 089 221 1110.

Repeated no-shows may mean we ask for a deposit before booking future appointments.

Let us know and we will do what we can. If you arrive so late that the full treatment no longer fits before the next client, we may have to shorten it or rebook you.

Dermal fillers, Profhilo, Nucleofill, mesotherapy, HIFU and deep phyto peeling are only booked after a face-to-face consultation. We review your medical history, discuss what is realistically achievable, and will decline a treatment if it is not appropriate for you. The consultation fee is credited against your first treatment.

Prices on this website are a guide and are confirmed before we start. Some treatments vary with length, area or the number of sessions needed; where the final figure depends on your consultation, the price list says so. All prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken in the salon at the end of your appointment. We accept cash and card. Nothing is charged when you book online.

Tinting and lash treatments may require a patch test at least 24 hours beforehand — we will tell you when booking. Following the aftercare advice we give you is an important part of the result, particularly after waxing, peels and resurfacing treatments.

Protective eyewear must be worn. We do not admit anyone under 18. We may decline a session where your skin type or medication makes UV exposure inadvisable.

Vouchers are available for any value or against a specific treatment, and are not exchangeable for cash.
